Rezoomed follows a fixed, transparent refund window for purchases made on rezoomed.com.

How to request a refund

Send your request to support@rezoomed.com from the email tied to your account.

Include your account email, the billed amount, and the transaction date. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days.

Refund window

  • Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date.
  • Requests received after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases

  • The 14-day refund window applies to subscription charges and one-time purchases sold on rezoomed.com.
  • Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not by itself issue a refund for prior charges.
  • Billing and refund processing are handled by Paddle as merchant of record.
